USB FM

This type of  USB FM can be made by any one who even doesn't have any basic knowledge in electronics.It mainly consists of a FM board &  a power supply circuit.The features include USB  playback,plays 1999  songs, memory of last played song, storage of 16 FM stations,PLAY, PAUSE, NEXT, PREVIOUS, REPEAT ONE ALL, MODE, VOLUME UP,DOWN , SIX EQUALIZERS, RANGE OF 10 METRE, 7 SEGMENT DISPLAY.The overall cost of the device is just Rs 200. I bought the components from an electronics shop at Thrissur.The components are

USB FM BOARD
INFRARED SENSOR 3.3V     3 PIN
7805 IC (5V REGULATOR)
1000uF CAPACITOR
230 TO 12V TRANSFORMER 500mA
HEAT SINK
REMOTE
3.5mm HEADPHONE JACK
PEN DRIVE

TIPS ON TROUBLE SHOOT
DP printed on board means D posetive & DM means D negative
The  pin of the infrared sensor connected to its metallic body will be the GND pin.
Heat sink can be connected to 7805 regulator IC to avoid over heating.
You can connect an external 6V battery to the input of 7805 IC so that even the power goes,the player continues playing .
A wire of 10cm length to be connected at the hole in the FM board.
If you want to connect it to your car audio system just give the audio out of the circuit to AUX in of the car stereo player.
